Wine can be complex, but it shouldn’t be complicated. My goal in this Substack is to share my insights and knowledge I’ve learned over the years about wine, wine & food pairings and throw in a few wine reviews I’ve tasted. I try to be as objective as possible but honestly it’s my opinion. I’ll give you the tasting notes, under Sip, the food pairings under Savor and the Structure breakdown under Simplify.
